We have lost another great music legend- Mr Billy Paul-praying for the family, friends and fans. My husband took this pic of us at Joe Tarsias (sigma sound)Plaque dedication back in Oct…..he talked about my Dad the late Roland Chambers III and how he could make his guitar sang!!!
